I am going to start opening up more about my life and the start of that is to take you with me while I run as you can see in this week’s vlog. I do a four-mile run almost daily with a big nine-mile run once a week. This week the run really kicked my ass. It was not so much the run but the heat and humidity when I was running that really made it worse. But if you are on Strava feel free to add me as a friend on there and you can see how much I been running. It is a big step for me as if you knew me a couple of years go or any other point of my life you would know I did not like running. But I have found it to be very therapeutic to be with myself and listening to a podcast, audiobook, or music.
I am also working on keeping myself busy during the pandemic and since I do not have baseball to photograph I am making an attempt at astrophotography. I do not have all of the current equipment but I am using what I have for my sports photography. You can tell I have a lot of good video and photo equipment from the quality of the work I have used to film my vlogs. I film everything in 4K and res it down to 1080p HD and edit in Adobe Premiere Pro.
